$OL and US Residents
We are diligently working to enable US residents to trade with the $OL tokens in the near future. We will keep this section updated. As of right now, the following restrictions exist for US Residents:
US residents will not be able to make transactions within the Marketplace using $OL or choose to receive payments in the Marketplace in $OL. Items listed by US sellers can’t be paid for with $OL.
US residents can only redeem their Open Loot Rewards Points by connecting an external wallet.
For the Open Loot VIP tier, the 30-day Average $OL Balance is calculated by recording the $OL balance in their external wallets (e.g. Metamask) connected to calculate their VIP tier. The check is done on the most recently connected wallet.
Many other $OL VIP Tier Benefits still apply, both on Open Loot (e.g. game partner's upcoming Airdrops) and in Open Loot Partner games (e.g. Big Time's Prestige Portals).
